The photos you see in this site are not enough to describe what Ansaldo Photography is. In fact it could be a little confusing because these photos are a contradiction of its own --- contemporary yet remains traditional, simple but creative, straightforward yet invokes mystery and is fun without strippping the formality it requires. So what then is Ansaldo Photography?
Perhaps no words is enough to completely embrace the philosophy that Ansaldo Photography stands for. Perhaps because every wedding is unique and each has its own magical moments and so in every wedding we cover a new us evolves. Or perhaps because we simply do not want to put labels on what we are because by doing so is like putting a harness on what we do.
I guess the closest thing in describing us is if you liken us to your favorite book. Why a book? Because like a book, our photos tell a story--- a story, with all the details, the emotions & the characters, of that one magical & special day of your life, your wedding. And why does it have to be your favorite? because when a book is your favorite, even if you read it for the millionth time, still the story remains new, crisp & exciting. Your wedding may then be years over but just a glimpse of the photographs taken from that day will automatically bring you back,with the same feeling & same emotions, to the day you said "I do". Simply said, Ansaldo Photography makes lasting records of your wedding.
Flowers may wither, cake may spoil, gowns may crumple and friends may be forgotten but photographs remain as is as it was. Make our photos tell the story of your wedding as special as it will always be.

Last night we took a breather of our being a wedding photographer so to speak, and relieve our being young, free and single, once upon a long long time ago. It was our first time to cover a promenade here in Cagayan de Oro, and thanks to Corpus Christi School(my alma mater) for giving us the privilege.
Earlier that day we set up a photo wall to give an "awards night" feel to the event. True enough come evening students had fun having their pictures taken, with the wall behind them, showing off their formal best --- girls in their beautiful gowns in different colors and styles and boys in tuxedos of various cut and shade!.. oh, and parents had fun having their photos taken as well! What a better way to fight boredom in waiting for their unica hijas and hijos, eh?
Here are a few photos of that event and see for yourself why upon heading home, for a second, I secretly wished I could go back to being a high school student. =)
